We’re fighting for OUR futures—
Vote Yes on Prop 50
Young people and working families are hustling every day to take care of our loved ones and secure a better future. We should have a government that puts us first—not the greedy corporations and billionaires infiltrating our political systems and bankrolling elections.
YES on Prop 50
Young Californians are voting YES on Prop 50 because we got us. Prop 50 ensures that California voters get to decide who represents them in Congress, not corporations and billionaires buying elections and candidates to increase their own profits.
If passed, Prop 50 would balance the power of voters in Congress and keep California’s independent redistricting commission.
Why did the CA Legislature draw the new congressional maps?
The Texas Republican legislature is trying to cheat elections by changing their congressional maps in 2025, without voter consent. California leaders are putting Proposition 50 on the ballot to let voters have the final say. Prop 50 makes sure that Californians get to choose a Congress who represents our best interests.
Doesn’t Prop 50 go against community voice?
Prop 50 complies with the federal Voting Rights Act and protects the voting power of our communities. California’s nonpartisan, independent redistricting commission will continue to set maps in 2030.
How will passing Prop 50 address the issues we’re dealing with now?
Over the summer, Republicans in Congress voted to cut our healthcare, increase rent and grocery prices–only to give corporations and billionaires more tax handouts and let Trump invade our neighborhoods. Prop 50 makes sure CA voters get to decide on representatives in Congress who will fight for our healthcare, food assistance, rent and our futures.
This November 4th, join young Californians and vote YES on Prop 50!
